  The structure and operation

The housing 1 is welded structure (Fig. 1) is mounted on the supports 2 and 3 made in the form of a cylinder of sheet steel, with two nozzles to supply 4 and output 5 of the product. In the middle of the hull on hinges hung door 6, which provides access to the rotor 7. Lid detacher interchangeable, made of sheet steel, with attached bearing housings, used for loading the bearings of the rotor and securing the appliance to the floor or the ceiling. The rotor is the main working body, is a shaft resting on two spherical ball bearings. On the hubs (the frogs) is rigidly fixed four beach that directly affect the product. The initial product – groats, dunst (small grains) – through the suction inlet into the housing, where, moving along a helix, crushed under shock and frictional effects of pests and inner surface of the housing, and then is output from detacher through the exhaust pipe.
