Airlocks (rotary discharger)

Rotary valves SZH stamps (volume 2, 3, 6, 10 and 15 liters) used for production of precipitated product from the cyclones of razrushiteli, battery cyclones, and other devices for cleaning of air in systems of pneumatic transport and aspiration networks. Can be used for production of bulk products from bunkers and other containers, as a metering pump with a volumetric dosing.

The use of rotary valves is characteristic of cases of overloading of loose materials from one container to another at different air pressure in these tanks. Often such containers are storage hopper installations of air purification in combination with pneumatic transport pipeline. Access control systems also allow metered flow of material from the hopper drive in different process chain, makes it easy to automate the process.

The shutter is designed to work in conjunction with cyclones, filters, pneumoseparation forming part of the scheme of technological equipment for mills, grain elevators feed mills and cereal plants.

The breech lock series "SSH" consists of a housing with a cylindrical chamber within which rotates a rotor with blades and electric motor-reducer.
