THE DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF THE DRYER
Dryer for cereals is a machine of continuous operation. Its main parts are a housing 1 mounted on the frame through an intermediate rubber mount 2, cover, the outlet 3, 2 electrovibrators 4 is attached to the housing, a sieve with a mesh grille for uniform distribution of drying agent disposed within the housing (ADJ.1). At the bottom of the housing has an inlet for supply of the drying agent and removal of the fitting prohorovoj fraction. In the lid are placed the nozzles of the flow of the product and output of waste of the drying agent, flaps, 4 easy-open doors and 2 inspection window for maintenance of the dryer. The design provides alignment of the vibrators, and adjusting the angle of inclination of the dryer.
The principle of operation of the dryer is as follows: the product flows through the nozzle flow in a sieve and vibration and angle of inclination of the sieve moves it. The drying agent is fed to the lower part of the housing and passes through a sieve, removing excess moisture from the product. The spent drying agent is discharged through the pipe at the top of the lid and the product through the outlet.
