Compubank PCV-3 is designed for separation of solid mineral impurities from grain.
Compubank brand PCV-3 is manufactured under the 3rd category GOST 15150 in climatic version "y" for the domestic market and export to countries with temperate climates. The table must work in operating conditions at temperatures from minus 10 to plus 40 °C, relative humidity of 80% at a mean annual temperature plus 15°C, atmospheric pressure from 650 to 800 mm Hg.St.(86,6÷106,7 kPa). Mode one-, two - and three-shift.

Compubank consists of the following main components (Fig.2): body 1, frame 2, deck with metal grid 3, feeder 4, the suction chamber 5, a suction valve 6, the feed pipe 7, the discharge pipe 8, a branch pipe for discharge of stones 9. The machine operates in the following technological scheme.
The product entering the machine through the inlet pipe 13, is distributed along an inclined plane of the deck 6 with a special valve that prevents the transmission of air into the machine through the feed tube. When applying grain mass on the deck under the influence of the upward air flow and vibration sorting surface is a loosening of the layer of grain. In this layer the conditions for efficient separation of dissimilar components: opuskayutsya heavy particles in the lower layers, reaching the sorting surface, and the particles with lower density tend to the upper layers. In a stratified mixture occurs in the process of vibratory displacement of heterogeneous components in opposite directions.In the absence of airflow, all the components of the mixture move up the sorting surface. When exposed to air a layer of grains flowing downhill and unloaded at the lower part of the deck. Heavy mineral particles are transported upward against the tilt of the deck and removed through the upper pipe.The efficiency and productivity of campomorto have a significant influence of the following factors: frequency, amplitude and direction of oscillations, the air flow rate, the angle of inclination of the deck and the difference in grain densities and mineral impurities, load, and humidity.The air used in the process of stratification, containing dust and light fractions of the product is treated in a cyclone or filter. Recommended connection diagram compatbility shown in Fig.3.
Adjustment.
Optimal conditions for sorting the product provide appropriate regulation:
- air flow;
- tilt the dividing plane;
the position of the valve from the discharge of stones;
- amplitude oscillations;
- adjust air flow.
The pipe system of suction air throttle valve is operated by handwheel. Flow rate regulation is performed to ensure the speed of air required for normal delamination of the product. Heavy particles and stones sink to the bottom of the separating plane and the light particles float so that they are not influenced by the oscillatory motion of the working plane. The volume of air needed to obtain these results depends on the number and type of processed product and is being gradually adjusted to obtain a uniform fluidized bed across the dividing plane. At low speed air flow on the working deck surface of the processed product will begin to move along the deck and on its oblique side to the yield of the heavy fraction and disappearance of the stones. In this case, the controller gradually increase the speed of the airflow on the working surface of the deck to a state of light "boiling" of the product. The formation of "fountains" is not allowed, if they occur, the air flow rate should be reduced.
Tilt the dividing plane.
The real adjustment is carried out by rotation of the handwheel adjustment mechanism of the longitudinal tilt in a clockwise direction to lift the top or counterclockwise to lift the back of the table. The purpose of this adjustment is to reduce the speed of movement of the product in the direction of the hole for the discharge of stones. When executed properly adjusting the layer thickness of the product decreases as it approaches the discharge hole.
Valve for the discharge of stones.
Over the opening for the discharge of stones installed valve made of transparent plastic material, driven by the flywheel. The rotation of the flywheel reduce the height of free passage between the grid and the edge of the valve and thereby cause an increase in air velocity in this zone. The purpose of this adjustment - the detention of the product and the exception to discharge him with stones. When starting the car the valve should be in the lowest position. When you receive the first stones, the valve is gradually raised, so as to ensure their passage to the discharge hole, and the product needs to stay at a certain distance from the edge of the valve and be directed to the side discharge nozzles heavy products.
