Module dispensing of micro-components brands MDK is designed for accurate dosing from 8 to 12 loose components in one portion in the preparation of bmvd and concentrates. Modules allow you to dose portions of 50 to 100 kg. Minimum 1kg batch of one component when using a frequency Converter to control the drive of the metering augers. Constructively are in-line or radial arrangement of bunkers, one or two built-in weights.

The product
Module dispensing of micro-components consists of: Frame with block storage bins, agitators and metering augers; Weight of device with a discharge valve; Racks; the control Unit with measuring device and frequency Converter; *
* - Supplied upon request. Is possible to set various frequency converters and weighing devices.
The structure and operation
1. Block storage bins with agitators designed for the storage and operational use of the components in the module. The unit consists of 8-16 Autonomous capacities of 165-180 l, each. Capacity made of stainless steel. Not recommended for long-term storage (over 3 days) to avoid caking.
2. The weighing device consists of a hopper with unloading valve, mounted on load cells, designed for a set of portions of the components. The release of the hopper is made unloading valve. To avoid spillage, we recommend that first dosing less loose components.
3. The frame is a welded construction, designed for installation on the core node module.
4. Dosing screws (8-16 units) is intended for delivery of the dosed product into the hopper of the weighing device. Augers are equipped with geared motors that are controlled by the weighing device and the frequency Converter.
