
Grain Seperator (Sieve cleaners)
Separators intended for use as grain cleaning machines on the enterprises of agroindustrial complex, including hazardous production facilities (elevators, mills, groats, feed mills, oil press and oil extraction plants).
Separators BSKH-3-01, BMS-6, BCS-6, BCS-12, BUA-100, BCS-150, BUA-200, BSH-300, BSH-400, BSCHM-16 are used in most machines as a final cleanup (removal of litter not less than 75%), but in some cases can be used as pre-cleaning machine.

About the wishes of the customer.
In contrast to global industry leaders producing high-volume products (although our plant – "though small, but perfectly formed", since the year 2000 the plant supplied products to over 16,000 customers in 15 countries), we have a fairly flexible production, and despite the huge range of products, we are ready to consider all wishes of the customer associated with the adaptation of the equipment under its requirements - from design changes, to the color of color.
About the life of the product and the warranty
In the documentation we have specified the design life, with which the factory has passed the certification of a new product many years ago. But, as you know, "store is no sore" and our designer carry everyday habits in production. As life has shown, the real service life of our products is much higher than the calculated. The separator BSH-100, produced in 1994, work reliably so far. After the development of a new product, all the problems "came up" as a rule, during the first two years. The plant takes them into account in the constructions of the following parties, and has been modernizing at its own expense.
About maintainability.
Many manufacturers have a policy - "parts Only XXXX can replace parts XXXX.". We do not make the repairs. Design and Assembly of our machines is focused on the possibility of replacing the defective parts in the shortest possible time by the Operator.
We will provide all kinds of assistance – advice, travel experts, we of course, we can buy everything we do we complete our products, but we understand how precious every hour during the season. We therefore used in our machines are standard and widely produced by many manufacturers - motors, drive belts, bearings. All structural elements, parts and assemblies, serve much longer than the warranty period, in case of failure, can be repaired by the customer, and to replace quickly purchased the factory on the first request.
On the performance indicators

Be careful – if the manufacturer specifies only the performance in tonnes per hour, but there is no data, the conditions under which it is achieved (at what quality of incoming grain, arnosti, humidity, volume weight) and what is the treatment efficiency achieved at such a performance.
Maximum performance in this case, as a rule, correspond to the ideal state of the incoming European grain fields, and in our real conditions of inclusions or humidity of the incoming heap, the actual results are much more modest (experience, up to 70-80 % of claimed).

The universality of the separators
Design, in fact the sieve frames and bodies in which they are installed as part of grain cleaning machines, is based on the functionality in the mode of pre-cleaning or final cleaning (mill mode).
All the machines of a number of BCS is universal. The distance between the layers of sieves, the angles, the angles of the planes of the gathering of products and trays gathering is designed for cleaning when a layer of product reaches 50..70 mm. at the entrance to the receiving sieve (for performance and cleaning quality is significantly affected by contamination and humidity, but the layer of product that is affected by the geometry of body parts). So the machines reliably and efficiently operate in the final cleanup (mill mode), when the layer of the product is 20..30mm. at the entrance to the receiving sieve.
Also, these separators can be used for calibration of seeds of grain crops in the composition of the seed lines, reducing the layer of product on the sieve up to 10..15 mm. (or more than 2...3 size of the calibrated seeds). Performance in this mode in 5..6 times is less in comparison with the regime of final cleanup, this is a parameter of the inclusions of other factions calibrated in fractions of not more than 5%.
About electronics
In the basic version of separators we use no "fancy" electronics. As the practice of exploitation, the less electronics, the cheaper and more reliable separator. It's like mobile phones – in real life we use a maximum of 10% laid down in them, but paying for 100.
We make the cages based on the ancient principle of cleaning the wheat – the wind and the sieve. All separators in the world based on this principle and therefore have similar structures, which differ in the details, reliability, reputation and ... in the "bells and whistles" and "marketing tricks".
This does not mean that the plant is unable to equip the separator units at the customer's request we can equip the cages with all types of sensors which he will be actually needed for the particular operating conditions.
