Oil input systems

The installation of the input liquid components of BRD designed for automatic bulk batching system of liquid components (sunflower oil, etc.) to the mixer. The installation is used in the mechanization of preparation of feed in farms for the enrichment of liquid bulk animal feed additives.

The unit is manufactured in 3 category GOST 15150 in climatic version "y" for the domestic market and export to countries with temperate climates. In this apparatus works reliably operating modes at a temperature of from minus 10° to plus 40°C, relative humidity of 80% at a mean annual temperature plus 15°C, atmospheric pressure from 650 to 800 mm Hg.St. (86,6÷106,7 kPa).

The installation provides:

  • automatic dosing of liquids with a measurement of the costs and doses;
  • precision dispensing of fluids 1-2%;
  • the measurement of the total flow of liquids;
  • automatic filling of storage tanks;
  • automatic regulation and control of temperature of heating of a liquid in storage tanks;
  • control of liquid level in storage tanks.

The device and installation work

The installation includes (Fig.1) of frame 1 on which is mounted a tank 2 with the control box 3, the pump 5 and the motor 4. Tank is equipped with a pipeline with a metering device 7, level sensors and temperature of the liquid 8, pipe work, and valves for filling and draining 9 6, a valve to release the air 11, the heaters 10.
The product comes from the main tank via the inlet pipe into the tank where it is heated to a predetermined temperature, after which by a pump is supplied to the mixer. The electric motor provides a predetermined frequency of rotation of the pump rotor via the coupling. A level sensor prevents the fall of the fluid level is below the heating elements.
